All our auctions are held physically, and it requires the vehicle to be present at our lot.
The earlier you deliver your vehicle, the earlier it can be presented in the catalog and gain more exposure before the auction.

Deadline for sign-up:
• The deadline to have your vehicle included in the auction is the day before at 10:00 AM
• Note: There is a maximum capacity of 150 cars per auction.
REGISTRATION: If you wish to register a car for our weekly auction, this can be done in several ways:
To increase the chances of a quick sale and a higher price, we recommend that your vehicle is prepared:
• Cleaning: Wash the vehicle, vacuum the interior, and polish the windows.
• Technical check: Check oil and fluid levels so the vehicle appears ready and in good condition.
• No debt or lien: The vehicle must be free of debt and liens, and no lien or debt may be registered in Bilbogen.dk before it can be put up for auction. However, this requirement may be waived if a written authorization from the lienholder is provided.
• The minimum price of the vehicle is determined in consultation with DinBilauktion.dk and will not be sold below the agreed minimum price.
• If a bid comes in just below the minimum price during the auction, we will attempt to contact you to ask if you are interested in selling at the offered price.
• Vehicles with unrealistic asking prices will be rejected at registration.
• You can deliver your vehicle any day of the week during opening hours or by appointment.
• The vehicle must be physically present no later than the day before the auction at 10:00 AM.
• For maximum exposure, we recommend delivering your vehicle as early as possible before the auction.
When delivering your vehicle, you must bring the following:
• Registration certificate – both part 1 and part 2.
• Customs certificate (if applicable).
• Service book (if available).
• Information about any remaining debt/lien on the car.
• All the car’s keys.
